About the Role:
Aspire People are excited to be recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant for a thriving primary school in Widnes. This school offers a nurturing, inclusive environment for children aged 4 - 11, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality education for all students, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) through its dedicated SEND bases.
What We're Looking For:
A compassionate, patient individual with a genuine passion for working with children.
Experience supporting primary-aged children is preferred, ideally within a SEND setting, but experience in similar settings is also considered. Ability to support pupils both in the classroom and in 1:1 or small group settings, tailoring approaches to meet individual needs.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive, supportive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
A solid understanding of child development and a desire to foster children's learning and wellbeing.
