About the RoleConnex Education is working in partnership with a SEND school in Winsford. The school is looking for a Teaching Assistant who can commit to 5 days per week. This role is due to start in February 2026 and will last the entireity of the academic year.
About the SchoolThe school caters for secondary aged children with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), including but not limited to Autism.
Assignment DetailsWorking Monday to Friday, the school are looking for a TA who is able to work from 8.30am until 3.30pm. They are looking for a Teaching Assistant who can provide both academic and emotional support to students on a 1:1 and full class basis. Predominantly, the successful Teaching Assistant will be based in the Science Department of school, but there will be occassions where working across different departments in the school.

Able to commit to the school on a long term basis - Have confidence liasing with both school staff, external agencies and parents
- Have a full enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for a new one
