Rate: £220 - £280 per day

Eden Brown are seeking a dynamic and motivated Health and Social Care Lecturer to join a leading college in Merseyside on a temporary, full‑time basis.

• Deliver high‑quality teaching and support to students studying Health and Social Care & Health Studies courses level 2 and 3.
• Develop engaging lesson plans and materials that promote active learning and meet course objectives.
• Assess student progress, provide feedback, and offer guidance to ensure successful outcomes.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.

• A relevant degree or qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Teaching experience, particularly up to Level 3, ideally in a further education setting.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students succeed.
• A teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
