Unemployed Learner Visual Merchandiser

To provide structured, work-based learning that equips participants with the commercial acumen and practical skills to service customers to grow volume, facilitate the order taking process, implement, execute and monitor merchandising standards for direct and indirect customers within a designated geographical area.

• Sales Team Members:
  To collaborate on daily tasks and share knowledge
• Sales Account Developer:
  To receive guidance, training, and feedback on performance and safety protocols. To understand the broader sales process and ensure alignment.
• Consumers:
  To understand consumer preferences and behaviours, which informs sales strategies and product development.
