Responsibilities
- Wax die calibration including all required documentation.
- Routine die and fixture maintenance.
- Perform all required insert and integral marking changes.
- Special pin and/or insert changes including documentation for special lots/Engineering trials.
- Inject sample patterns after rework of tools for Engineering release.
- Perform all preventative maintenance as scheduled.
- Minor die and fixture repairs.
- Calibration of wax wall template, chaplet templates, gages & fixtures, wax assembly jigs, setter blocks, wax assembly heads.
- Other duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be well organized.
- Knowledge of use of height stand, micrometers, bridge gages a plus.
- Some heavy lifting required.
