Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Program Manager - M&A to join their team. As a Program Manager - M&A, you will be part of the Strategic Initiatives Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Program Manager - M&A
Location: Wickliffe, Ohio
What's the Job?- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex M&A integration or separation programs.
- Oversee multiple project managers responsible for individual work streams.
- Establish overall program governance, decision‑making frameworks, and escalation paths.
- Drive alignment to strategic deal objectives and ensure business value realization.
- Maintain a holistic view of program scope, risks, and interdependencies.
- 10+ years of experience in program management or large‑scale, cross‑functional project leadership.
- Direct experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Integration Management Office (IMO), or Divestiture programs.
- Proven ability to lead multiple project managers and diverse workstream teams.
- Strong understanding of IT, business operations, financial processes, and organizational change.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
