Our client, a leading organization in the chemical manufacturing industry, is seeking a Site Analyst to join their team. As a Site Analyst, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting the Site IT and Service Management teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
OverviewJob Title: Site Analyst
Location: Wickliffe, Ohio
- Record all service requests in the ticketing system, including calls, emails, voicemails, chats, and walk-ins.
- Deliver precise and comprehensive solutions to user inquiries, escalating or transferring incidents when necessary.
- Inform users about the status of their service requests or incidents.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues on PCs, perform installations and upgrades.
- Collaborate with various teams to manage incident resolution and service request fulfillment.
- A technical degree with 3-6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and empathy.
- Customer service expertise, ensuring positive end-user experiences and proactive issue resolution.
- Analytical problem-solving skills, utilizing resources to resolve or anticipate issues and update documentation.
- Effective time management and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
