Site Analyst; A​/V

Our client, a leading organization in the chemical manufacturing sector, is seeking a Site Analyst (A/V Support) to join their team. As a Site Analyst (A/V Support), you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Record all service requests in the ticketing system, including calls, emails, chats, walk-ins, and voicemails.
• Provide accurate and complete solutions to user inquiries and escalat... [list continues]

• Proven experience supporting meeting room AV systems and technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with large meeting room AV setups, including multi‑display configurations, audio systems, switching equipment, and integrated control systems.
• Experience supporting Polycom/HP Teams Room devices, including deployment, firmware updates, diagnostics, and Teams integration.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex AV issues such as echo, latency, device connectivity failures, and hardware malfunctions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
