Position: Site IT Analyst with Meeting Room expertise ( TEAMS)

A IT Support Analyst with Meeting Room expertise job in Wickliffe, OH is available courtesy of Akkodis. Good experience with great ticketing documentation and response is needed – someone who is professional, reliable, good communication skills. This is a hands on, getting into the plant to troubleshoot and repair position – not merely phone support.

Pay: $30/hour to $35/hour

IT Support Analyst Responsibilities

• Log all requests in ticketing system. This includes all incoming ACD calls, direct calls, e-mails, voicemails, chats, instant messages, walk-ins, and any other interactions.
• Provide accurate and thorough solutions to end user interactions. Escalate or transfer incidents as appropriate.
• Provide information to end users regarding the status of their incidents or requests.
• Troubleshoot PC hardware and software problems; perform software installations and upgrades. Expertise in the following is considered a plus:
• Troubleshooting Avaya IP phones
• Network troubleshooting
• Audio Visual / Conferencing
• Projectors, smart boards, monitors, displays, microphones, speakers, wireless devices, video conferencing and cabling
• Monitoring and recording meetings

Qualifications

• Audio Visual/Conferencing experience – setting up meeting room
• First line support for applications, network servers and security
• Network troubleshooting
• Windows 10;
  Office 365;
  
  Ticketing Systems; iOS/Android Devices

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
