Lead SAP Security​/GRC Consultant

Overview

Infosys is seeking a Lead SAP Security/GRC Consultant
. This position requires an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope.

• Participate in multiple phases of the consulting lifecycle, including business process consulting and solution design.
• Define problems, propose and create solutions, and contribute to development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution.
• Guide project teams on processes and deliverables; contribute to proposal development, client training and internal capability building.
• Assist in detailing the project scope and help shape value-adding consulting solutions.

• Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
• This position may require travel to project/client locations. Location is Wickliffe, Ohio.

• At least 7 years of experience in project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• At least 7 years of experience in design and architecture review.
• Security expertise in SAP S4
  
  HANA, HANA, FIORI, ECC / CRM / BW / BIBO / EP / CUA / BOBJ / GRC (hands-on experience in a minimum of 3 systems – e.g., ECC, GRC and S4
  
  HANA).
• GRC Access Control & Process Control implementation experience.
• Experience in Process control & Automations (will be an added advantage).
• Team leading / management experience, resource planning, issue resolution, weekly status reports, and timesheets.
• Experience in SoD remediation.
• Experience working on security assessments for various SAP systems.
• Experience in conducting SOX controls and reviews.
• Experience with SAP Activate Methodology.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with senior business and IT stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and ability to understand Life Science specific document requirements and experience updating the same.
• Experience in providing professional client presentations.
• Effective time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess relevant facts.
• Experience working on S4
  
  HANA RFPs as SAP security consultant.
• Good understanding of business processes in the life sciences/pharmaceutical domain.
• Good understanding of GXP and SOX requirements; working experience in a validated environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; well versed in English (spoken and written).
• Proactive approach to problem solving.
• Experience with onsite and offshore coordination and high-impact communication with senior stakeholders.
• Provide security-related support, including role implementation/remediation of SoD conflicts and SAP GRC related technologies.
• Assist in customer training for SAP security and controls concepts including user and role maintenance and Access Control/SoD tools.
• Provide first-level support for users with security-related problems and questions.
• Research client problems and document findings clearly and timely.
• Enforce security policies by reviewing security reports and addressing trends through policy or training updates.
