Technical

Skills:

• Should have 8+ years of experience
• Gathering requirements / constructing data builds from requirements
• Advising and leading customer teams on data migration strategy, design, and implementation
• Leading testing and data validation cycles
• Experience with data crunching through data migration
• Ability to provide recommendations
• Interfacing with business and building data sets
• Practical knowledge and experience in functional areas: SD/MM, FI/CO, PP/QM modules
• Consulting with technical/functional leads and team members to design solutions supporting business requirements
• Working with the team to develop and test functionality that meets documented design
• Collaborating with product owners, technical leads, and the team to estimate time requirements for larger work pieces
• Organizing tasks and personal time to complete multiple, diverse projects
• Proactive issue identification and resolution recommendations
• Maintaining a high degree of knowledge of SAP technologies, business processes, and solutions, and keeping current with release levels and industry issues
• Project management experience is an additional advantage
• 4-year degree in engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience
