Akkodis, Inc. is seeking an IT Site Analyst/Desktop Support for an onsite role with a global employer. The role is located in an east suburb of Cleveland, OH and offers a long-term year+ opportunity. The IT Desktop Support Analyst will troubleshoot PC hardware and software problems and perform software installations and upgrades. Qualifications include 3+ years of hands-on deskside support experience.

Salary Range: $30-33 per hour salary negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors

IT Analyst/Desktop Support Job Responsibilities Include :

• Addressing IT issues with end users, usually in-person and providing hands-on hardware and software support.
• Frequent interaction with Solutions Center teammates globally, as well as Level 3 Support, Asset Management, Software Delivery teams and other IS groups and management.
• Log all requests in ticketing system. This includes all incoming ACD calls, direct calls, e-mails, voicemails, chats, instant messages, walk-ins, and any other interactions.
• Provide accurate and thorough solutions to end user interactions. Escalate or transfer incidents as appropriate.
• Provide information to end users regarding the status of their incidents or requests.
• Troubleshoot PC hardware and software problems; perform software installations and upgrades.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on desktop support experience
• Hardware and software, desktop and laptop, and printer troubleshooting experience
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills
• Skills in the following:
  Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365 applications including Teams, One Drive, Outlook, and One Note, Microsoft Internet Explorer and Edge, Google Chrome, and Safari, Adobe Acrobat, Foxit Reader, or other PDF applications
• Experience in iOS/Android devices, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), or Service Now is a plus
• General application support knowledge, preferably familiar with some sort of language or software such as SharePoint or MS Power Suite or VB/C++/Python would be a plus
