Location: Wickliffe, OH

Job Type: 4 days per week in office plus 1 remote day for flexibility.

Travel: Up to 10% (domestic and international).

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Vice President, Supply Chain to shape long‑term business strategy and drive cross‑functional leadership.
  • Deliver clear, actionable financial insights by analyzing and communicating business performance, identifying key variances, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Drive cost efficiency across the Global Supply Chain Organization, acting as the Continuous Productivity Leader and a fast adapter of service automation and AI.
  • Implement transparent cost‑to‑serve metrics for the Warehousing and Logistics teams to ensure clarity and accountability.
  • Act as functional champion for Lubrizol’s Global Capability Centers worldwide by actively seeking opportunities to distribute work efficiently and timely.
  • Execute global forecasting efforts, integrating data from operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to drive accurate, forward‑looking inventory projections.
  • Drive strategic planning by aligning financial goals with business objectives, participating in high‑level planning sessions, and offering insights beyond the numbers.
  • Optimize working capital and support decisions that enhance free cash flow and overall financial health of the business.
  • Support business development initiatives, including capital investments, M&A opportunities, and strategic partnerships through robust financial modeling and analysis.
  • Oversee the annual budgeting process and long‑range financial planning, ensuring alignment with business strategy and corporate goals.
  • Serve as a key liaison with segment and corporate finance teams to support reporting, compliance, and executive‑level business reviews.
  • Champion special projects that drive transformation, efficiency, and growth across the organization.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in varied financial and analytical roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and deep knowledge of financial principles and accounting.
  • Self‑starter with a proactive mindset and a drive to achieve results.
  • Experience preparing and delivering executive‑level presentations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CPA and/or MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Background in Operations Finance, including supply chain finance support and plant controllership.
  • Prior experience leading global or cross‑functional finance teams.
