Are you passionate about fitness, teamwork, and helping students build healthy habits for life? The Lake County Catholic School Network is looking for an energetic and dedicated Physical Education (PE) Teacher to join our faculty. We are seeking an educator who can blend athletic skill-building with the values of sportsmanship, faith, and personal growth.

The Role Position:
Physical Education Teacher (K–8) Status: 3-5 Days per Week (Pay Scale is prorated to days per week worked)

Location:

All Saints School and/or Mater Dei Academy (Wickliffe, OH)

Start Date:

August 2026

• Curriculum Design:
  Develop and implement age‑appropriate PE lesson plans that focus on motor skills, physical fitness, and team sports for grades K–8.
• Health
  
  Education:
  
  Integrate basic health and wellness concepts, including nutrition and the importance of an active lifestyle.
• Gym Management:
  Oversee the safety and maintenance of the gymnasium and athletic equipment.
• Supervision:
  Lead students in structured activities while maintaining a positive, disciplined, and inclusive environment.
• Community Engagement:
  Assist with school‑wide events such as Field Day, Catholic Schools Week activities, Walkathon, etc.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Kinesiology, or a related field.
• Certification:
  Valid Ohio Teaching License (Multi‑Age PK‑12 Physical Education) or the ability to obtain one.
• Spirit: A commitment to the mission of Catholic education and the ability to model Christian values on and off the court.
• Compliance:
  Must complete VIRTUS training and pass a background check (FBI/BCI).
