Overview

Permanent

37 hours per week, over 7 days, to include Saturdays and Sundays

About the role

Do you like being creative? Or looking for a hidden treasure? Have you got Retail/Management experience? Are you looking for a new challenge in 2026?

We are looking for a Shop Manager to lead our team in the New Wickford Shop. You will be working in a creative environment, working with donated goods to maximise sales and net contribution.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the shop team, including Assistant Shop Managers and a diverse group of Volunteers
  • Drive sales and maximise net contribution
  • Communicate effectively with staff, volunteers, and the local community to build support for the shop
  • Create a welcoming and positive experience for all staff, volunteers and supporters
Qualifications
  • Retail/Management experience is desirable
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with people from different backgrounds
