Are you a technically curious IT professional who enjoys solving problems and keeping systems running smoothly?

I’m currently working with an expanding organisation looking to bring an Infrastructure Technician into their IT team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work and wants to develop their career within infrastructure, systems support, and network operations.

The Role:

You’ll help ensure servers, networks, and systems remain stable, secure, and performing at their best while supporting users across the business.

You will:

  • Provide technical support for infrastructure, systems, and networks
  • Assist with the maintenance and monitoring of servers and IT environments
  • Support hardware, software, and system upgrades
  • Help manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure-related incidents and service requests
  • Assist with system performance monitoring and issue resolution
  • Support backup, disaster recovery, and security processes
  • Work with senior engineers on infrastructure improvements and projects

What Our Client Is Looking For
  • Experience working in an IT support or infrastructure-focused role
  • Good understanding of Windows operating systems and IT environments
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Experience supporting hardware, systems, and user environments
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritise technical support tasks
  • Good communication skills when working with users and technical
  • Attention to detail and commitment to system reliability
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies
