Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver high‑quality, engaging lessons for Year 3/4 students across the curriculum
- Ensure that all pupils achieve their best and make good progress
- Provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Work closely with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support the students' development
- Participate in school events, parent meetings, and staff development opportunities
- Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
- Has proven experience teaching within Key Stage 2, particularly Year 3 and/or Year 4
- Is passionate about creating an inspiring and engaging classroom environment
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Is committed to promoting the academic and personal development of every child
- Has a strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment requirements
