Hiring Emergency Room Registered Nurses (Emergency RN / ER RN) to provide safe, high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting. The Emergency RN will assess, triage, treat, and monitor patients with urgent, emergent, and trauma-related conditions. This role requires strong clinical judgement, rapid assessment skills, and the ability to work under pressure while coordinating care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.

Emergency RNs must deliver care consistent with facility standards and evidence-based nursing practice while ensuring patient safety, timely documentation, and excellent communication.

• Perform rapid triage and focused assessments for incoming emergency patients.
• Provide direct emergency nursing care for medical, surgical, and trauma cases.
• Monitor and interpret vital signs, cardiac rhythms, lab values, and clinical changes.
• Initiate and manage IV access, IV fluids, medication administration, and emergency interventions.
• Assist with emergency procedures including splinting, wound care, laceration support, and stabilization.
• Participate in rapid response / code blue / trauma activations as required.
• Collaborate with ED providers, respiratory therapists, imaging, lab, and inpatient teams for timely care.
• Provide patient and family education, discharge instructions, and care coordination.
• Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely in EMR.
• Maintain infection control, safety protocols, and departmental policy compliance.
• Participate in department quality initiatives and continuous improvement programs.

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) – Required.
• Active Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) License – Required.
• 1–2 years of RN experience required (ED/Trauma preferred).

• Prior Emergency Department / Trauma nursing experience.
• ACLS certification.
• PALS certification.
• TNCC certification.
• Strong triage, prioritization, and rapid decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in high‑volume emergency settings.
