Salary: £27,841 £ 38,922 per annum

Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation of health and social care professionals? A highly respected college in Worcestershire, known for its strong community links and outstanding learner support, is looking to appoint a dedicated Health and Social Care Lecturer to join their team.

As a Health and Social Care Lecturer, you will teach across Levels 1 to 3, with a particular focus on Level 3 Anatomy and Physiology. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape future carers, nurses, and social workers through engaging and meaningful curriculum delivery.

• Teach Health and Social Care Level 1 3
• Deliver engaging sessions including the Anatomy & Physiology unit at Level 3
• Con Bueno leading output over curriculum development and learner progression
• Full-time hours (37 per week) OR part-time 3 days per week either Mon‑Wed or Wed‑Fri.
• 48 days leave옵 including 35 days annual leave, bank holidays, and college closure days

You ll be a confident and enthusiastic educator with a solid background in the health and care sector and proven teaching experience.

• A Degree or Level 5 in Health and Social Care or similar
• A PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience in health and social care management
• Strong knowledge in Anatomy and Physiology at Level 3

• Experience in delivering Anatomy and Physiology at Level 3
• A relevant L التالي or higher HSC qualification
