Are you passionate about whisky, heritage, and creating unforgettable visitor experiences? Old Pulteney Brand Home is looking for warm, engaging and knowledgeable Brand Home Hosts to welcome guests to our distillery in Wick.

Crafted in the far north‑east of Scotland, Old Pulteney Single Malt Scotch Whisky is shaped by its surroundings. Distilled and matured by the sea, every drop carries the unmistakable influence of our coastal home. Our story is inseparable from Wick’s maritime spirit, its community, and its heritage. We take pride in producing hand‑crafted single malts that reflect the character, climate and resilience of our unique location.

We are looking for 5 Brand Home Hosts to join our team on a temporary basis.

2x 29 week contracts working 30 hours per week, 1x 20 week contract working 30 hours per week, 1x 15 week contract working 30 hours per week and 1x 13 week contract working 18 hours per week.

To deliver a consistent 5-star customer experience across Tours, Tastings, and Events, communicating our heritage and Brand story with passion and energy. You will be responsible for inspiring and educating our visitors, suppliers and future customers acting as an ambassador to the brand and the business.

• Welcome visitors and guide them through a tour of the distillery delivering a 5-star experience acting as a guide and a host.
• Conduct tastings both onsite and at events ensuring education is on brand message.
• Assist in the smooth running of the Brand Home shop including:
  Welcome shoppers in a friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable manner, process customer card and cash payments, capture and record customer bookings, assist with customer enquiries.
• Maintain housekeeping and health & safety standards as required to ensure a safe environment for both our people and our visitors.
• Notify the Senior Host of customer queries in a timely manner to ensure they are dealt with effectively and efficiently.
• Participate in brand training to ensure continuous development of brand knowledge in order to share the passion and enthusiasm with customers and suppliers both internally and externally.

• Previous experience and knowledge in the drinks industry would be an advantage, however full training will be provided.
