Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 dependent on experience

OTE:
Uncapped OTE expected up to £120,000 + Private Medical + Car Allowance + Paid Door to Door

We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join an expanding business as a Business Development Manager. This market leading to-manufacture specialist castings supplied into the automotive, aerospace and defence sectors. The Business Development Manager will join a rapidly growing, financially secure manufacturer that delivers full in-house design, casting, machining, finishing and assembly services, giving the Business Development Manager access to cutting-edge manufacturing capability and premium global clients.

Skills required for the Business Development Manager:

The Business Development Manager must have proven experience in new business development within engineering or manufacturing sectors
The sales will be focused on new business so strong experience selling technical or engineered products, ideally within casting, metals, defence, automotive or aerospace markets
The Business Development Manager must be able to manage long sales cycles including prototype, bid and project-based selling
The Business Development Manager must be confident building pipelines, generating leads and managing negotiations through to contract completion
