Under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager, the Warehouse Personnel will handle incoming inventory deliveries, verify shipment paperwork, enter inventory into the system, fulfill customer orders by pulling and packing inventory, create packing slips and labels, coordinate with carriers, track order statuses via phone and email, manage inventory counts, identify discrepancies, conduct investigations, coordinate freight pickups and deliveries for time-sensitive orders, perform cost analysis, handle claims, utilize Microsoft Office programs, and perform light instrument technician duties such as servicing instruments and safety equipment.

• Stocking and staging inventory
• Order picking and transfer
• Cycle counting
• Quality control

• 1-3 years of warehouse experience preferred
• Strong computer skills preferred, but not required
• Basic math skills

Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Working Conditions: Warehouse environment with potential exposure to dirt, heat, and noise.

Shift Time/Overtime: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
