Warehouse and CDL Delivery Driver

Overview

The Warehouse & CDL Delivery Driver is responsible for managing inventory, preparing orders, and ensuring the safe and timely delivery of products to customers. This role also supports daily warehouse operations and demonstrates leadership and teamwork within the warehouse environment.

• Delivery & Driving
  • Deliver materials according to schedules provided by the supervisor
  • Validate delivery routes and directions prior to departure
  • Load, secure, and unload materials in compliance with weight and safety requirements
  • Obtain customer signatures on delivery tickets and return completed documentation
  • Maintain regular communication with the supervisor throughout the day
  • Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Comply with all DOT regulations and safety standards
  • Operate company vehicles safely and professionally, representing Rela Dyne positively at all times
• Warehouse & Shipping Operations
  • Pull and stage orders for shipment
  • Load outgoing shipments and unload incoming deliveries
  • Verify shipment contents and complete all receiving and shipping paperwork
  • Identify and document damaged or missing materials
  • Track and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Stock and organize materials in designated warehouse locations
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe receiving and shipping areas
  • Safely organize pallets and warehouse support materials
• Pick-Ups & Returns
  • Pick up customer returns and verify product accuracy
  • Complete local pickup purchase orders
  • Secure and return packing lists and required documentation
• Quality & Accuracy
  • Verify all materials are unloaded and placed at the correct delivery site
  • Ensure delivery tickets are complete and properly signed
  • Review completed deliveries with the supervisor for accuracy
  • Return all delivery ticket copies to the warehouse
• Additional Responsibilities
  • Assist with general warehouse operations as needed
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
  • Maintain professionalism and promote customer satisfaction
  • Communicate operational or warehouse concerns to the supervisor
  • Perform duties in a manner that ensures the safety of employees, customers, and the public

• Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
• Tanker and Haz Mat endorsements required
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Clean, verifiable driving record (must be maintained)

• Strong safety awareness
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and layout
• Product handling and process training
• Basic computer skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

This position is designated as safety sensitive. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of all required pre-employment screenings, which may include a background check, drug and alcohol screening, and any other evaluations required by law or company policy.
