Syndeo Staffing has a direct hire opportunity for a reliable Truck Driver for a local metal processing company at their Heat Treat facility. The Truck Driver will be responsible for transporting metal products and materials with the use of a box truck and pickup truck, as well as loading/unloading duties using a forklift.
Pay Range$18–$23/hour
Schedule6:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday
Key Responsibilities- Operate company vehicles for local deliveries and pickups
- Local driving and occasionally trips to Wellington, KS and Hutchinson, KS
- Load and unload trucks using a forklift
- Secure loads with straps to ensure safe transport
- Maintain accurate delivery schedules and communicate effectively with team members
- Perform routine vehicle checks and report maintenance needs
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Comfortable driving large trucks and pickups
- Forklift experience required
- Ability to lift 25–40 lbs regularly
- Strong time management and communication skills
