Drivers are responsible for transporting Verus materials across pre‑assigned routes for pickups and deliveries of products to customers, third‑party vendors, and company sites.

• Performs daily vehicle maintenance and maintains clean delivery vehicles to display a professional and organized delivery.
• Ensures proper handling, operation and maintenance of all trucks and equipment in a manner that will avoid staff injury or damage to the vehicle, equipment or merchandise.
• Demonstrates a solid work ethic, ability to work independently as a self‑starter, and reliability as a team player.
• Provides direction and maintains accurate records.
• Works flexible hours, including day shifts, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast‑paced environment.
• Passes DOT requirements, a criminal background check, and a drug test.
• Bending/Squatting: frequently lifts and places product from the truck to the ground or from pallets to shelves.
• Lifting: lifts 75 lbs. or less frequently.
• Pushing/ pulling: frequently uses manual carts.
• Climbing: frequently enters and exits the cab of a truck.
• Driving: frequently travels as assigned.

• Valid Driver's License.
• 2 years of box truck experience.
• DOT physical exam and card required.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Complete and pass a drug test within 24 hours of a job offer.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Compliance with safety training and policies.
• Provide accurate information to supervisors and co‑workers.
• Own responsibility for safety in the area; ensure all operators and visitors follow safety policy and wear proper PPE.
• General physical requirements: ability to sit and stand for multiple hours; reach, pull, push, and lift 75 lbs. or less.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Other assignments as requested by management.

The work is performed in a manufacturing environment that may expose the employee to noise, dust, grime, and heat. The employee must wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
