Location: Wichita, KS
Schedule: Monday through Friday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM) with a 1-hour lunch break; 40 hours per week.
Training will be onsite, then once comfortable, can move to a hybrid schedule.
The primary purpose of this position is to support the shipment execution process for customers and client Business Units. This includes collecting, preparing, maintaining, and sending various required documentation to assure scheduled shipments are carried out efficiently. Additionally, this position monitors and communicates the delivery status of shipments to Sales, customers, carriers, and other stakeholders. This position resolves general return and diversion issues and collects, reviews, and organizes carrier documentation related to service charges.

Minimum Requirements:
- General office experience is required.
- Microsoft Office skills experience is a must, particularly using spreadsheets.
- Email correspondence.
Comments for Suppliers: Previous transportation experience, such as dispatching or freight management, would be a plus.
Interviews will be conducted onsite.
Dress Code: Business casual; jeans are acceptable with no tears.
