Job Summary:
Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes. Maximize client retention through excellent coaching, training, nutrition guidance, and accountability. Modify movements to suit individual needs. Teach proper form and technique, ensuring athlete safety.
Responsibilities:
- Create a motivating environment for athletes
- Provide top-tier service in coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability
- Assess and align members with appropriate programs
- Build and maintain relationships with members
- Coach group workouts, personal training, and teams
- Deliver educational advice on strength, speed, and nutrition
- Teach proper form and technique to ensure safety
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification
- At least one valid nationally accredited certification
- Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning experience in group, team, or personal training
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred)
