• Be the face of Emergency and Critical Care services: Receptionists are the first point of contact during emergencies, handling calls, greeting clients, and managing financial transactions.
• Provide updates: Relay information to the veterinary team about patients en route tossä clinic or clients in need of assistance.
• Handle administration duties: Perform administrative tasks accurately and manage day‑to‑day administrative duties in clinic to ensure smooth operations.
• Be a friendly and reassuring presence: Offer support and information when clients need it most, acting as a liaison between clients and veterinary professionals.
• First point of contact for emergency situations: Serve as an initial point of contact for clients via calls or in‑person visits, including greeting all clients, answering calls, booking appointments, and handling financial transactions.

Every other weekend, Friday from 19:00 to 00:00, Saturday 12:00 to 22:00 and Sunday from 19:00 to 00:00, plus a share of bank holidays.
