Essential Functions- Build, set, align, and strip concrete forms for footings, walls, slabs, sidewalks, and structural components
- Accurately measure, cut, and assemble wood or metal form‑ing systems
- Operate hand and power tools, including jackhammers, saws, grinders, tampers, and sledgehammers
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow all OSHA and Eby Construction safety policies
- 1–3+ years of concrete form carpentry experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Strong understanding of layout and elevations
- Ability to lift 50–80 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable working outdoors in Kansas weather
- Reliable transportation to Wichita-area job sites
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team mindset
