HIU Engineer / Plumber - FM Service Provider - Mobile - High End Residential Properties - London - Up to £48,000 + Package
Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in London. CBW are currently recruiting for a HIU Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance to HIU units across a number of residential properties in and around London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record with HIU maintenance and a proven track record working in commercial or high end residential properties.
In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £48,000 based on experience and a travel card or company vehicle.
- Complete an annual service of all residential apartments/properties involving: PPM, Reactive and Servicing on the heat interface units (HIU)
- Maintaining thermal stores, unvented cylinders, Air heat pumps
- Replacing pumps in the plant rooms
- Remedial works on the HIU
- General plumbing bleeding radiators, cylinders
- HIU Maintenance
- Changing and servicing of water temp sensors etc.
- Bleeding radiators
- Ensure all tasks are completed within the agreed timescales, managing the workload accordingly.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage conflicting priorities and prioritise business needs.
- Consistently communicate effectively, in an appropriate manner, whilst building and maintaining positive working relationships, both internally and externally.
Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm
Requirements- HIU Maintenance experience (Essential)
- Excellent communication skills
- Honest, reliable and hard working
- A positive attitude towards work and willingness to get tasks completed on time whilst managing conflicting deadlines
- Happy to work on either a Mobile or Foot Mobile basis
- IMPORTANT
- This role is focussed on HIU service/Maintenance only
- City and Guilds Qualified (or equivalent) Plumber (Not Essential)
- Experience working in high end residential properties
- G3 Unvented
