This is a full-time, on-site role located in Wichita, KS for a Mechanical Service Technician. The Mechanical Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and delivering field service support. The role also involves providing responsive and professional customer service to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair tasks to ensure proper functionality of mechanical systems.
• Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
• Experience in conducting Field Service work, including inspections, testing, and service visits at client sites.
• Excellent Customer Service abilities to communicate effectively with clients and ensure a positive experience.
• Relevant technical training, certifications, or experience in mechanical systems or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment.
• Willingness to respond to emergency service calls and availability for flexible working hours if needed.
