At Mahaney, our mission is simple but powerful: solve construction problems in ways that benefit our customers, our company, and our team.

Guided by our values of Threefold Decision Making, Relentless Problem Solving, Lead Well, Elevate the Craftsman, and Others First, you’ll ensure every job is completed with quality, productivity, and safety at the highest standard.

Why This Role Matters

The Sheet Metal Foreman is the bridge between vision and execution. You’ll guide a skilled crew through all aspects of sheet metal installation while mentoring others, upholding safety standards, and ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship.

  • Adapt to daily challenges with a solutions-first mindset.
Lead Well

What Youll Do
  • Lead crews in completing all phases of assigned jobs (tear-offs, installations, clean-up).
  • Read blueprints, prepare material lists, and assign tasks to ensure productivity.
  • Train and mentor crew members in construction skills and safety compliance.
  • Ensure high standards of safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship are met daily.
  • Safely operate and monitor power tools, lifts, and other equipment.
