Skills and/or Requirements

• Two+ years commercial and/or residential electrical experience.
• Journeyman or Master's electrical license, required.
• Comfortable and skilled at explaining technical things and educating customers on options for their service.
• Physically able to perform duties of an electrician in small spaces such crawlspaces and attics, climbing ladders, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to install light fixtures, fans, switches, receptacles, GFCI outlets, and repair and change out panels and grounding, install generators and more.
• Have all own hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to pass a drug test, background check and MVR.
• High school degree or GED.
• Service Titan, a plus! (But - we are happy to train you if you are good with iPads, software, apps etc.)

Responsibilities

• Solve customer’s electrical issues from installations to repairs. This could range from installing basic fixtures to replacing a home's electrical panel and wiring.
• Complex troubleshooting.
• Perform quality control testing.
• Assist customers in evaluating repairs versus replacement options and perform work as needed.
• Identify materials and quantities needed for new and repair projects.
• Provide work order description and price customers’ projects on iPad in Service Titan.
• Ensure the safety of both you and the people you serve, leaving their homes safer than when you first walked in. Keep your company vehicle well maintained.
