- Lead crews in completing all phases of assigned jobs (tear-offs, installations, clean-up).
- Read blueprints, prepare material lists, and assign tasks to ensure productivity.
- Train and mentor crew members in construction skills and safety compliance.
- Ensure high standards of safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship are met daily.
- Safely operate and monitor power tools, lifts, and other equipment.
- Interact with customers and represent Mahaney professionally on job sites.
- Monitor and document project progress through FCS or other methods.
- Promote job site cleanliness, organization, and safe storage of materials.
- Assist with hands-on work when necessary to support the team.
- Track and submit credit card receipts, time sheets, and reports in a timely manner.
