Mobile AC Engineers

Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineers – FM Service Provider – Commercial Buildings/ Offices and NHS Campus – London - 1 in 10 call out –Door to Door travel - up to £55,000 per annum

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile
Air Conditioning Engineers to cover commercial buildings, Hospitals and NHS campuses across London and the surrounding areas. The buildings you will be preformingmaintenance and reactiveworks consistof modern offices and commercialbuildings, NHScampuses and hospitalsfor existing and new clients.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £55,000, plenty of overtime available, 25 days holiday + Bank holidays, further training and further career progression, 1 in 10 call outs, van + fuel card and Door to Door travel.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday (40 hour week)

8am to 5pm

• Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client site
• Complete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk Assessments
• Provide Further works reports where required
• Liaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works required
• Update contract managers with relevant client or site information
• Inform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset management
• Collecting parts from supplier or head office where applicable
• Provide weekly time-sheetto office on a Monday

• Minimum 8 years trade experience
• Completed applicable apprenticeship and posses relevant AC and Refrigeration industry qualifications. Including up to date Safe Handling (2079)
• Comprehensive working experience from an HVAC and Building Services environment
• A continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry
• Proven technical knowledge of a wide spectrum of Air Conditioning systems and plant including that of: VRF, VRVS, AHU’s, Coldroom’s and Specialist Refrigeration
• Ability to develop and be part of a team. Manage their own time, worksand paperwork
• Capable of building long term relationships with clients both of existing and prospective
• Positive attitude “can do, will do”.
• Flexible in approach to hours and solving problems on site
• Commercially astute, driven to identify and generate additional works / sales
• Provide technical support to administration staff as required.
