We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reading work orders, reworking connectors, wire terminations, and any other component built into a wire harness.

• Read and interpret work orders, diagrams, form boards, and wire lists to determine materials needed and sequence of assembly.
• Rework connectors, back shells, wire terminations, splices, split rings, lugs, and any other components built into a wire harness.
• Wrap and tie wires securely.
• Route wires according to specified instructions.
• Change routing and breakouts as required.
• Perform electrical tests to ensure functionality.
• Complete associated paperwork accurately and efficiently.

• Experience in wire harness assembly.
• Familiarity with aircraft components.
• At least 1 year of aircraft electrical experience.
• Proficiency in repair and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Ability to read work orders, diagrams, form boards, and wire lists effectively.
• Experience in reworking connectors, wire terminations, and related components.

You will work as part of a team of 15-20 employees. Candidates must be available for both 1st and 3rd shift schedules. The dress code is casual, including jeans, work shirts, and closed‑toed shoes. Third shift hours are Monday through Thursday from 9:30 pm to 6:30 am, starting Sunday night, and Friday from 9:30 pm to 4:30 am, finishing early Friday morning.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, KS.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $22.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Wichita, KS.
