High-Rise Window Cleaning Technician

• High‑Rise Window Cleaning:
  Safely operate rope descent systems, swing stages, and other specialized equipment to clean and maintain exterior windows on tall commercial units.
• Low‑Rise & Ground‑Level Work:
  Ensure exceptional clarity and cleanliness for smaller buildings, storefronts, and residential windows.
• Additional Services:
  Assist with related property maintenance services, such as pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and interior glass detailing.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Strictly follow all safety protocols, guidelines, and industry regulations, including the proper use of fall‑protection gear and lawyer equipment inspections.

  Work closely with fellow technicians, supervisors, and support staff to achieve efficient, customer‑focused results.

• Experience at Heights:
  Prior window cleaning or related high‑altitude work experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated beginners ready to learn.
• Comfort with Tools & Equipment:
  Familiarity with harnesses, ropes, bosun’s chairs, and other gear is preferred (training available).
• Physical Fitness & Stamina:
  Must be able to climb, lift, and work in various weather conditions.
• Attention to Detail: A-tested to delivering streak‑free results and quality workmanship.
• Adaptability & Team Spirit:
  Willing to perform a variety of tasks, including low‑rise work and additional services as requested by our clients.

• Competitive Pay: $22‑$30 per hour (including hourly, bonus, and commission opportunities), with potential for increases based on performance.
