Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Bank, London– £45,000 - NO Call out
An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Bank, London. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer as part of a commercial building team in Bank, London. The role involves carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across this site.
The successful candidate has a strong understanding of facilities maintenance and a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression.
The site offers cycle storage, showers and lockers as well as a variety of rooms—including boardrooms, meeting rooms and larger function spaces. Located in the heart of the busy city of London, transport links to the site are second to none; the closest stations are Bank, Fenchurch Street, Aldgate and Monument.
Package & Working Hours- Basic salary up to £45,000
- Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00

Duties & Responsibilities
- Lighting installation and fault-finding (small installations, lamping, etc.)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control panels
- Changing ballast
- Monitoring BMS system (hot & cold)
- Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
- Maintain and update log books
- Plumbing – unblock toilets
- Pumps and motors
- Compliance and logbook maintenance
- Chillers and pressurisation units
- Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner
- Proactively identify and report faults with building services equipment, and take steps to resolve them
- Proactively report H&S issues and escalation as required
- Maintain informal communication with client staff about service levels and issues
- Report service‑affecting issues to the site management team for formal communication with the client
- Remain flexible with regard to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency
- Be fully aware of relevant H&S and general legislative matters
- Escort specialist subcontractors
- Electrically qualified – City & Guilds Level 2 & 3
- City & Guilds 18th Edition
- Must provide copies of trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi‑skilled
