Overview

Launch Teams is looking for up to 2 A&P Mechanics for CRJ WiFi MODs in Wichita. A&P mechanic responsibilities include performing modifications and installations of wiring for the Wi-Fi system on the aircraft.

• Perform modifications and installations of wiring for the Wi-Fi system on CRJ aircraft.
• Read, understand, and follow technical STC drawings and flag notes at a high level to help Launch meet compliance requirements.
• Understand and apply basic inspection buy-back requirements, including approvals to install, drill, and close.
• Navigate maintenance manuals (AMM, AIPC, FIM, ESPM, SRM, etc.) and apply documentation accurately.
• Maintain understanding of aircraft maintenance documentation and tool control as critical elements of work.
• Demonstrate basic computer skills and the ability to use Windows applications (Excel, Outlook, Word) and navigate an Internet browser and print documents.
• Utilize required tools and ensure proper tool control per program requirements.

• Ability to read, understand, and follow technical STC drawings and flag notes.

• Ability to navigate AMM, AIPC, FIM, ESPM, SRM, and related maintenance documentation.
• Basic computer literacy (Windows Excel/Outlook/Word) and ability to browse and print documents.
• Ability to handle required tools and maintain tool control.
