General Laborer

We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to perform essential labor tasks that involve working outdoors for extended hours. The role includes loading and unloading materials, picking up trash, and using various tools effectively.

• Perform general labor tasks efficiently.
• Load and unload materials as required.
• Work outside for 10+ hours daily.
• Pick up and dispose of trash responsibly.
• Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Experience in construction and general labor.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Ability to follow safety guidelines in accordance with safety policies.
• Flexibility to work various hours and schedules.
• Willingness to learn new tasks.
• Capability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

This position requires outdoor work throughout the day, often in hot weather conditions. Employees must be prepared to work extended hours and adhere to a safety‑focused environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wichita, KS.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
