Secure the clinical environment by maintaining a highly visible, armed presence to deter violence and provide an immediate, expert response to life-safety threats.;
De-escalate high-tension situations using advanced communication and tactical positioning to ensure the safety of patients, visitors, and healthcare providers.;
Govern the facilitys emergency response by leading coordinated actions during critical incidents, ensuring all security interventions prioritize the preservation of life.;
Audit safety infrastructure and report on security hazards, ensuring that the physical environment remains a fortified yet welcoming space for healing.;
Document critical incidents with precision, providing the legal and operational clarity required for high-level risk management and regulatory compliance.
