Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following site-specific, security-related procedures, access requirements, and post orders;
Conduct entry screening at designated checkpoints, including processing visitor check-in, verifying identification and/or credentials, and screening personal items using approved methods and equipment;
Monitor walk-through and handheld screening devices and alarms, communicate screening outcomes, and document exceptions or prohibited items per site policy;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate;
Complete required reporting and maintain accurate logs of screening activity, incident details, and shift handoff information to support consistent security-related operations
