• 1-on-1 Training:
  We teach you lead generation, prospecting, customer outreach, and the sales process.
• Career Growth:
  Most trainees promote to Sales Associate within ~3-6 months ($4k-$7.5k/month). Successful Associates advance to Master Consultants ($6.5k-$10k/month + Vehicle Allowance).

• Call leads, follow up on inquiries, and book appointments via phone, text, and email
• Greet customers and assist them in finding their perfect vehicle
• Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits
• Negotiate fair and transparent pricing
• Review and prepare sale-related paperwork
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain a clean showroom
• Set up test drives and answer customer questions
• Attend ongoing training sessions to stay updated on new vehicle models and features
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets
