Summary: The National Account Sales Manager is responsible for sales and providing technical assistance for the sale of Metal-Fab’s products in North America.

• Achieve sales quotas
• OEM account strategy
• Familiar with applicable codes and standards for products
• Stays current on new product developments
• Maximizes business potential in the assigned territory and existing accounts
• Achieves ultimate customer satisfaction

• Business degree or equivalent experience in sales and marketing
• 3 or more years of field sales experience
• Strong sales presentation skills
• Prior experience with OEM customers desired
• Demonstrated problem solving and negotiation skills
• Product development experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Up to 40 percent travel
• The successful candidate must reside or be able to relocate to the Wichita area
