  • Engage in outside sales activities to identify new client opportunities and expand our customer base
  • Conduct retail sales consultations, explaining policy options clearly and confidently to clients
  • Negotiate insurance terms and coverage options to secure optimal solutions for customers
  • Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation, policy processing, and follow-up communications
  • Utilize analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate personal insurance products such as auto, home, or renters insurance
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining ongoing client relationships
  • Support marketing initiatives by promoting insurance products through telemarketing and community outreach efforts
  • Proven experience in insurance sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and close sales effectively
  • Knowledge of sales administration processes and analysis techniques for assessing client needs
  • Familiarity with benefits administration and customer service best practices within the insurance sector
  • Ability to adapt marketing strategies across diverse audiences using multilingual communication tools
  • Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA regulations (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) is a plus for compliance awareness
