Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain business account relationships, serving as the primary contact for existing accounts
- Conduct regular outreach to business customers and manage follow-up communications
- Assist with order management, account maintenance, and liaise between clients and internal teams
- Working knowledge of air filters and HVAC systems
- Comprehensive knowledge of Pipedrive and Supplybuy
- Familiarity with Django Admin and Customer Dashboard
- General knowledge of Gmail, Zoom Info, Google Suite, and Microsoft 360
- Experience in managing client communications and relationships
