Responsibilities
  • Generate new business by leveraging existing and potential customer networks.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and work towards achieving long-term success by nurturing positive relationships with clients.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to customer issues, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions, keeping accurate records and providing insightful analysis.
  • Identify areas for improvement in sales performance and recommend actions to capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Track sales account targets in alignment with company objectives, ensuring consistent progress towards goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of sales performance metrics and utilize them to optimize your approach.
  • Actively monitor market dynamics, including customer and competitor developments, and share relevant information with sales management for consolidation in our market sensing process.
  • Work with a diverse customer base with industry sectors that have different value drivers (non-profit, conservation, profit, guest transportation, etc.).
