Credit Management Services, Inc. is a Collection Agency in Nebraska seeking a proactive Sales Representative in Kansas. The Regional Sales Representative will contribute to lead generation, sales presentations, contract negotiations, account management, and achievement of sales targets within the designated Kansas territory.
Responsibilities- Identify leads, deliver sales presentations, and promptly follow up.
- Develop proposals and negotiate terms with potential clients.
- Manage client relationships and accounts.
- Create regular sales reports and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Approach potential clients through cold calling and in-person meetings.
- Foster positive client relationships through consistent interaction.
- Travel within the sales territory for face-to-face client meetings.
- Strive to meet and exceed company-defined sales targets.
- Previous experience as a Sales Representative within the Collections industry or related field.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Commitment to high levels of customer service and professionalism.
Salary:
Up to $100,000 per year.
