Regional Sales Representative in Collections - Kansas

Credit Management Services, Inc. is a Collection Agency in Nebraska seeking a proactive Sales Representative in Kansas. The Regional Sales Representative will contribute to lead generation, sales presentations, contract negotiations, account management, and achievement of sales targets within the designated Kansas territory.

• Identify leads, deliver sales presentations, and promptly follow up.
• Develop proposals and negotiate terms with potential clients.
• Manage client relationships and accounts.
• Create regular sales reports and maintain the sales pipeline.
• Approach potential clients through cold calling and in-person meetings.
• Foster positive client relationships through consistent interaction.
• Travel within the sales territory for face-to-face client meetings.
• Strive to meet and exceed company-defined sales targets.

• Previous experience as a Sales Representative within the Collections industry or related field.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Commitment to high levels of customer service and professionalism.

Salary:
Up to $100,000 per year.
