Sales Trainee- Molson Coors, Yuengling

We are looking to hire Sales Trainees to join our sales team. This is an entry level sales job that provides you the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up. Because we promote from within, this job offers a bright future for those who demonstrate the work ethic and smarts to advance.

The successful candidate will join a fun and energetic team passionate about growing our business and offering our customers the highest levels of service. You will work as a member of the account sales team, working side by side with the Account Manager, Delivery Driver, and Area Sales Manager. Your shared responsibility is to merchandise each account; this means assuring every customer is well stocked, and all of our products are properly priced.

• Maintain fresh products by stocking and rotating, organizing, and refilling back stocks, cold boxes/coolers, shelves, and displays adhering to all quality and rotation policies.
• Build displays and execute placement of pricing and signage.
• Organize backroom stock, follow procedures to report damaged or out-of-date product.
• Learn the sales fundamentals to be a strong candidate for future routes.

• HS degree but college degree desired.
• Must have a “Get it done” Attitude and Execute effectively.
• Must be detail oriented and organized.
• Prior merchandising experience is preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License, clear criminal history, pass a drug screen.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• General computer knowledge with focus on Word, Excel and Outlook required.
