Production Control Coordinator

This is a Shop/Hangar role.

Start date is Monday after candidate can clear compliance.

The Production Control Coordinator (PCC) role establishes and manages the process flow of open work documents, audits, and accounts for completed work documents. The PCC coordinates resources with related departments and supports pre-induction and post-visit meetings. Responsibilities include organizing and being accountable for all job tasks associated with the projects, including updating the job card log. The PCC will build digital and hard copy work packages, including appropriate customer electronic ERP entries in accordance with customer GMMs, and handle scanning and shipping of records.

The PCC assembles and revises new work orders, manages routine and non-routine job cards and audit cards for FAA and customer compliance with accurate paperwork to meet the customer GMM. The role also involves supporting statements of work customer meetings, providing project status updates, and assisting with scheduling as needed. The PCC must ensure the production control booth remains secure to protect customer paperwork at all times.

Other duties may be assigned by Planning, PMO, and Operations.
